This is a full-time work from home position and will require you to work outside the standard 9-5 schedule. and is 100% commission based. Be prepared as it does take some time to get a quality pipeline generated.

We strive to provide the best quality service at an affordable price and will work hard together to help grow the brand to become a preferred choice for customers.

We offer a 70/30 split, and yes you get the 70%!! We are the most competitive in the industry and wish to grow together. However, the reason we are able to pay you so well is you must be able to be self-sufficient and a quick learner as you will be responsible for all facets of your orders, IE. Sales. Dispatch, Payments, etc.

Responsibilities and Duties

Essential Job Functions

• Generate quality leads organically as well as purchasing your own leads from a quality lead source.
• Quote orders in a timely manner
• Dispatch Orders to qualified carriers
• Verify carriers insurance prior to booking
• Work with other team members to help provide excellent customer service
• Follow up with customers to ensure the customer is satisfied
• Stay on top of pricing, and market trends
• Be enthusiastic and have strong communication with customers, and co-workers.
• Answer 1-800 number and assist customers with their needs.
